CENTRAL — Southern Wesleyan University is inviting alumni and community members to “Fill the Hill” on Oct. 30 and Oct. 31.
Oct. 30 events will include the Alumni Awards and Homecoming Concert featuring the Rick Webb Family and SWU University Singers, and the annual Run 2 Fall 5k “Let it GLOW!”
On Oct. 31, the morning events will include free coffee and doughnuts with President Todd Voss and his wife Julie, Homecoming Chapel and the annual Homecoming Parade. Lunch is affectionately called “SWU, Blues and BBQs” and will include free blues, bluegrass, and jazz music on the Fill the Hill Stage.
Vendors will be set up to sell handmade goods all afternoon, and free inflatables will be available for children. Soccer games begin at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
