4 p.m.: Cold Spring Baptist Church, 178 Rosman Road in Pickens, holds its 100 Women in Red celebration. The theme is Boldness Through the Blood of Jesus. Terra Parisi Williams of Griffin Ebenezer Baptist Church in Pickens is the guest speaker.


Palmetto Baptist Church, 620 Powdersville Main in Easley, hosts “The Mingling of Souls, a free online marriage conference, from 7 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. Feb. 19 and 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Feb. 20 in the church auditorium. Speakers are Matt Chandler and his wife Lauren. Light refreshments will be served. Childcare will be provided. Visit for more information.

Lenten services are held at noon Feb. 23 at Pickens Presbyterian Church, March 1 at Grace United Methodist Church, March 8 at Seventh Day Adventist Church and March 15 at Faith Lutheran Church. Each service will be followed by a light meal. All services are sponsored by the Pickens Ministerial Association and are open to the community.

• The second annual Heart Conference is held at Grace Baptist Church, 8841 Augusta Road in Pelzer, from Feb. 21 to Feb. 25 with Evangelist Bill Hall. Services are at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Feb. 21 and 7 p.m. during the week. A nursery will be provided. Visit for more information.

Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Easley, 101 E. 1st Ave. in Easley, holds Bible Study from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. each Monday.
