EASLEY — An Anderson woman was arrested and charged with a weapons violation after a “fender-bender” in the student pick-up car line of Concrete Primary School on Nov. 7.

According to arrest warrants, Tenisha D. Kallenbach, 31, was taken into custody for carrying or displaying a firearm in a public building.

“The school resource officer and Anderson County Sheriff’s Department dealt with the situation promptly and appropriately,” Anderson School District One stated in an email sent to parents. “No students were in danger and the school has been operating on regular schedule today.”

According to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, Kallenbach is a parent of a student at the school.

The incident report states that when the responding officer asked why she had pulled out a gun in the car line, Kallenbach said she “sometimes has a bad temper.”

Kallenbach has been placed on trespass notice for Concrete Primary and all other schools in Anderson County District One as a matter of policy.
