PICKENS COUNTY — Farm Bureau Insurance has named Scott Hill as the new agency manager for the Pickens County office. Hill has a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina. He first joined Farm Bureau Insurance in 2011 as an agent in York County.
