Scout selected as Honorary Page

POWDERSVILLE — Lauren Stover, a Powdersville High School Freshman and 10-year member of Girl Scout Troop 2900, was selected to be a 2018 Honorary Page, March 12-15.

She was one of the 12 Girl Scouts selected from across the state to represent the Girl Scouts.

The girls were introduced to Governor Henry McMaster and received a certificate and South Carolina pin from the Assembly Women’s Caucus.

As an Honorary Page, the girls get to see the inter workings of government in action.

Lauren is the daughter of Chris and Kelly Stover.

She is currently working on her Gold Award, the highest award a Girl Scout Senior can earn.
