Fuller makes Eagle Scout

Jacob Fuller was presented his Eagle Scout award in a ceremony at the Welcome Missionary Baptist Church on Aug. 5. The Eagle is the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America and fewer than 4 percent of boys starting Scouts achieve this rank. Fuller is a member of troop 37 in Easley, sponsored by the First Baptist Church, and under scoutmaster Bryan Dickard. He is the son of Mr. And Mrs. Thomas Fuller of Easley.
