Santa Claus is coming to town

It was the week for Christmas parades! Pickens may have cancelled because of the snow, but Easley and Dacusville decided to embrace the scenery and both communities put forth holiday parades sure to be remembered for years to come. Between the vintage cars, the dancers and — of course — a visit from Santa himself, children and their families across the Upstate had the chance to dive fully into the Christmas season. For photos of the parades and a special holiday poem, check out pages 10 and 11.
